I spent 20 years building and running my own Hospitality business followed by 10 years as Operations manager for two local Coffee Roasteries. Industries where you learn quickly that the right systems are the difference between a business that hums and one that "runs".
I know what it is to work with software that almost does the job. To use a tool that was built for a generic industry, but not tailored to yours. And the frustration of trying to explain your workflow to a developer and them not know what you mean.
So I started building things myself. And I haven't stopped.
